property and is not self imposed.
This is not a self imposed infliction as it is due to the impediment of the current length and service
regulations upheld at thee city level. The Sign in question is an instrument of tasteful marketing used for
successful and effective population growth track maintenance. The timing of the sign now is the most
imperative as the phases are just now getting to the point of completion. Optimal visibility during this point
of construction is crucial to the success of the community.
The requested variance will in no way injure or defame any of the surrounding properties or
communities. The sign will comply with and compliment the surrounding areas and will not
tarnish the areas' high-end quality branding.
The requested variance will succinctly blend with the surrounding environment. It's quality
