Presentation:
Questions / Concerns:
Q: Regarding Village Center Drive, where is that in relation to Crooked Lane?
A: Village Center Drive is south of Crooked Lane
Q: Regarding Village Center Drive, will that road go through people’s backyards? There are
several houses along Crooked Lane that have a lot of acreage.
A: I do not believe Village Center Drive will impact residential houses along Crooked Lane.
Q: Regarding Village Center Drive, is Dawson Middle School across from it? Will traffic
studies be done for that intersection? Currently, there are no street lights at that location.
A: Village Center Drive is on the Master Thoroughfare Plan and is not being built today and
it may not be built for a long time. A traffic study will be done in the future with
considerations of installing a traffic signal.
A: What is being proposed today is only a small segment of Village Center Drive being built
right in front of the development, which is along S. Nolen Drive.
Q: So, the location of this development is right behind Starbucks?
A: Correct
Q: This development is not by Crooked Lane?
A: No
Q: This development will be located between the existing medical buildings and Starbucks?
A: Yes
