Howard Harris, Owner of Yates Corner Grocery, came forward to speak in favor of Item 5. Chairman Springer closed the public hearing. A motion was made to approve Item 5, ZA19-0019 subject the Staff Report dated April 12, 2019 and granting a specific use permit for a 5-year period, as requested.
