FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation: 305 Morrison Park
Details: Proposed site plan for Lot 7, Morrison Office Park for a new 9,784 medical/office
building. Final lot to be developed.
Proposed building will be a Retina Center of Texas medical suite and 2,900 sq. ft.
general office space
Lot 7 was originally proposed as a 10,500 sq. ft. building with office and warehouse uses
Current proposed building is a 9,800 sq. ft. two story building for a total of 10, 596 sq. ft.
Required parking is 61 spaces, additional parking added to lot for use
Tree preservation plan
Bufferyard and landscape plan
Building elevations are similar to the existing buildings and include the same building
materials and character.
