The Call Center will have 1,909 square feet on the 1st floor with 1,001 square feet on the 2nd floor. The Site (on Lot 7) has been designed to accommodate the required parking for both the “General” office suite and the “Medical” suite. The following information relates to the new building proposed. The 2nd floor of “General” office suite is of minimal impact of the elevations. We appreciate a favorable approval of this new building in Southlake.
