We propose a 10,515 square foot Office Building for Lot 7. The proposed design is for a Two (2) Suite Office
Building:
- 7,686 square foot, single story, Medical Office for Dr. Jawad Qureshi, Retina Specialist
- 2,910 square foot business suite for their Billing and Call Center (which is being relocated from Plano
to this Southlake location). The Call Center will have 1,909 square feet on the 1st floor with 1,001
square feet on the 2nd floor.
The Site (on Lot 7) has been designed to accommodate the required parking for both the “General” office suite
and the “Medical” suite. The following information relates to the new building proposed.

REQUIREMENTS
As stated above, all requirements are less than previously approved categories, except the addition of parking
spaces required for the Medical / General suite.
The 2nd floor of “General” office suite is of minimal impact of the elevations.
We appreciate a favorable approval of this new building in Southlake. The completion of this building will
conclude development in the entire Morrison Office Park previously approved in 2006. Thank you for your
