To Whom It May Concern,
We are requesting a variance under Ordinance No 480, as amended, Section 45.1 (4) that requires the
facility be located on a site of at least twenty (20) acres and be set back a minimum of one hundred (100) feet from
all property lines. We will be renting the space in the existing building which is part of a larger development and is
adequate to hold L Makeup Institute.
