Please accept this letter on behalf of the owner of Southlake Manors (fka Southlake Meadows Phase III), Maguire
Partners -Solana Land, as a request for a Plat Extension to the Preliminary Plat and Plat Revision of the
aforementioned property. We respectfully request that the validity of Case No. ZA 15-138, Preliminary Plat for
Southlake Manors (fka Southlake Meadows Phase III) and Case No. ZA 18-007, Plat Revision for Southlake Manors
(fka Southlake Meadows Phase III) be extended to March 1, 2020, one year from the current expiration of the
Preliminary Plat and ten months from the current expiration of the Plat Revision. Maguire Partners -Solana Land has
been engaged with Toll Brothers regarding the naming of the nine -lot subdivision, since it was not part of the
original Preliminary Plat for Southlake Meadows. As an alternative name has been found that does not reference
"Meadows" or an additional development phase, we will execute the Residential Developer's Agreement and begin
construction as soon as possible.
