FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: 455 S. Kimball Ave. Development Details: An applicant is proposing a mixed-use development consisting of three (3) separate buildings totaling approximately 82,000 square feet located at 455 S. Kimball Ave. The proposed development is Phase 2 of the Pinnacle Point Office Campus. Phase 1 includes two (2) buildings that were constructed in 2017 for office use. Phase 2 is an expansion of the campus and will include three (3) additional buildings, also for office use. Lots 1 & 2 were previously developed in Phase 1. Lots 3, 4 & 5 are included in the proposed development for Phase 2. Q: How does Southlake Oaks fit into Southlake 2025 Small Area Plan? A: Southlake Oaks is an office use which is compatible with the Mixed-Use land designation as recommended by the Southlake 2025 Small Area Plan Site plan includes mixed-use land designation. The proposed development will be located along Kimball Ave and have access to a large thoroughfare. Village Center Drive is a future drive that will connect north of the development. The development will have four (4) access points in and out of the site. The proposed buildings are designed to match the existing buildings on the campus. Parking will be provided on all four sides of the buildings for easy accessibility. If site plan is approved, Phase 2 would commence construction in October 2018.
