Variance Exhibit ±54’±67’ ±86’ Lot Line Variance Requests 1) Driveway Ord. No. 634, as amended, Section 5.2.d requires a minimum stacking depth of 100’. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow a stacking depth of approximately 86’ on Lot 1R, Block A. 2) Driveway Ord. No. 634, as amended, Section 5.1 requires a minimum driveway centerline spacing of 100’ on a local street. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow approximately 54’ of spacing to the driveway to the north on and approximately 67’ of spacing to the south on Commerce St. 3) A variance is requested to the Tree Preservation Ordinance to allow the tree canopy preserved as shown. 4) Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, as amended, Section 8.01.D requires side lot lines to be perpendicular or radial to the street. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the lot lines as shown between Lot 1R, Block A and Lot 8R, Block B, Southlake Bank Place.
