Peytonville Ave.driveway. 3.Landscape Ordinance 544-B requires interior landscaping to comply with the current ordinances for new construction greater in size than 30%of the existing building or greater than 5,000 square feet.The applicant is requesting a variance to the Landscape Ordinance to request relief from the interior landscaping requirements to allow the landscaping as shown on the plan.
