FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: 1605 Hart Street, Suite 180 Details: Specific Use Permit related to I-1 for Commercial School- Fitness using a 4,550 sf lease space in a multi-tenant building. No variances requested. Similar uses within the 6 building complex. Person and group fitness training classes.  Six buildings on the property  Hart Street is a dead end and the property has two access drives  Circular flow for student drop off  All buildings built in 1999 and renovated in  Site parking has135 spaces, 90 required for existing uses; 5 parking spaces required for this use  Interior layout for the lease space is open space and an office; painted floors in workout area  Exterior lighting on the building  No variances are being requested for this use Presentation: Questions and Concerns: There were not questions or concerns.
