FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation: 2301 E. Southlake Blvd.
Details: Proposing to install canopies over existing drive-thru.
Requesting to install canopy for team members benefit
Face to Face Canopy
o Will provide shade and cool air during summertime
o Will protect employees from rain
o Will provide heat during the wintertime
Canopy will be placed over drive-thru and pay window

Questions / Concerns:
Q: What material is the canopy made of?
A: Sheet metal.
Q: Will it be the same material as the roof?
A: It will not be the same shingle material as the roof. On the order taking side of the
building the material will be curved high-grade cloth that will hold up to weather elements
and additional appliances. Not a traditional awning.
