As proposed, the proposed classroom addition does not meet vertical and horizontal articulation requirements. The applicant has requested a variance for the vertical and horizontal articulation for the new addition. Landscape and Bufferyard: Applicant requests the landscape and bufferyards be permitted as they currently exist, as was previously approved with case ZA18-029. Questions?
