Case No. ZA18-0031
Project Name: Site Plan – Lot 2R1, Block 1, Stonebridge Park
Vikram Jangam and Terry Mitchell propose to construct a one story building and associated
improvements (parking lot, drives, landscaping, etc.) on a vacant platted lot located at 155 Stonebridge
Lane in Southlake Texas. The proposed building will contain a gross area of 5,698 square feet. The
proposed use of the building is professional office and/or medical office in accordance to the current SP-
2 zoning (Case no. ZA17-100 and Ordinance number 480-548A).
All public utilities to serve this lot are existing within the Stonebridge Lane right-of-way. Storm water
detention is already provided for this lot in an regional detention pond located across the street on the
property located at 150 Stonebridge Lane, therefore an on-site detention facility/system is not required.
All proposed improvements including landscaping, building materials, off-street parking etc, will be in
accordance to all applicable zoning ordinances and building codes.
The proposed building concept for this site reflects design elements common to Southlake, which is a
typical wood frame structure, pitched roof with composition shingles, a combination of stone and brick
to accommodate the masonry requirements for materials, and windows. Vertical and horizontal
requirements are met by gabled entryways, and standard city ordinances and articulation.
The interior space of the building will be modified according to the needs of each tenant.
The overall styling and architecture of the building makes an aesthetic use of stone, masonry and three-
part stucco on the exterior. The final elevation will reflect existing area structures and finishes
determined by the property owner.
