Item 7CParagon Desagn Gfoup To Mayor and Council Members, Re: ZA18-0047; 1000 S. Peytonville Avenue The land owner immediately north of this property, Mr. Halbert, originally raised concerns about the dormer windows on the roof facing north and his desire for privacy. The dormers appear to be second floor windows and as such; would view down into his backyard. The dormers are actually "Clerestory" windows in a vaulted "Great Room" with no second floor inhabitable area associated with them. The windows will have sills approximately 15' (feet) above the finished floor and will only provide light into the first floor room. After speaking with Mr. Halbert about this design feature and explaining there was no inhabitable area associated with these windows, he indicated he no longer had concerns or objections with the windows. Mr. Halbert repeated this sentiment to Brent Jones via a text message he sent to Mr. Jones on December V. S' Thank you for your consideration.
