The fencing material will be 8 -foot black aluminum fencing setback from the property line. The guard house will be 94 sq. ft. and match the main building materials and colonial red roof on the main building. A pergola with a matching colonial red roof and picnic tables is proposed on the southwest corner of the main building for the employees. There will be five (5) fitness stations with benches along the proposed perimeter walkways with exercise stations, decomposed granite surface, and instructional signage for the exercise equipment.
