EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Property Situation
The Kirkwood extension begins at Kimball Avenue and runs west across the Gateway
Church property and connects to Carroll Avenue.
Development Details
A traffic circulation study was conducted for the area bound by Carroll Avenue,
Dove Road, Kimball Avenue and SH 114. Two recommendations from the study
were to extend Kirkwood Boulevard and to re -align Highland Avenue to tee into
Kirkwood.
