Development Details A traffic circulation study was conducted for the area bound by Carroll Avenue, Dove Road, Kimball Avenue and SH 114. Two recommendations from the study were to extend Kirkwood Boulevard and to re -align Highland Avenue to tee into Kirkwood. Comments /Concerns Kimball closure East Kirkwood connection 9 Roadway impact after build out of Gateway Church and the new school Private school at Gateway Carillon development Highland access Future roundabouts Signal at Carroll Headlights impacting residential Acquiring ROW from CISD History repeats... why can't SH114 frontage road be used?
