Comments: proposing revisions to the Sign Ordinance No. 704 -C to signs, sign walkers, way finding signs, monument signs, We would like the city to consider hardships placed on homebuilders for human directional signs. In order to be successful, we need to be able to place more than four signs. The "for lease" and "for sale" signs existing in front of Georgetown Park are an example of sign abuse and clutter. The signage code has been clearly violated and several temporary signs have been there for years. This is an insult and disgrace towards local tenants, City Council, city staff, and Southlake citizens. SPIN Meeting Reports are general observations of SPIN Meetings by City staff and SPIN Representatives.
