EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Property Situation
The property fronts the north side of State Highway 114, between East Highland Street and
North White Chapel Boulevard.
Development Details
Applicant is proposing a 3- story, 150,000 square foot office building, parking deck,
small retail building, and some small surface parking. The proposed site plan is
consistent with the approved development plan.
QUESTIONS DISCUSSION
QUESTION: I read about a narrow lake along Carroll. Is that still in the plan?
RESPONSE: Yes.
QUESTION: What about the art center?
RESPONSE: We are setting aside acreage for the art center. APEX is trying to
bring it to Carillon. The location is not 100% decided yet.
QUESTION: What about the southeast corner? Is that Cedar Ridge?
RESPONSE: No, Cedar Ridge is further south.
QUESTION: Will this development reach Primrose?
RESPONSE: Yes.
QUESTION: How long for all of Phase One to be completed?
RESPONSE: Approximately 3 years; there are a lot of pieces to Phase One. We
plan to start construction October 2009.
DISCUSSION: Applicant and audience members discussed plans for Kirkwood Blvd.
