EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Property Situation
The property is located on the south side of State Highway 114, east of White Chapel
Boulevard.
Development Details
Applicant is proposing a site plan for phase one of their plan which includes a
160,000 square foot hospital building with 55 beds and an 80,000 square foot, 4
story medical office building. The site plan also proposes parking, fountains, and
bufferyards.
QUESTIONS DISCUSSION
QUESTION: What level is contemplated for ER?
RESPONSE: a level 3 trauma center
QUESTION: Where is the ambulance entrance?
RESPONSE: there are two entrances off of highway 114 and one off of Highland
QUESTION: Will they use full lights and sirens?
RESPONSE: no
QUESTION: Will there be a wall structure along Highland?
RESPONSE: yes
QUESTION: Will there be a commissary in phase one?
RESPONSE: yes, there will be a full dining facility and gift shop
QUESTION: Once phase one is done, will there be improvements done to Highland?
RESPONSE: Yes
QUESTION: What is the timing?
RESPONSE: over the next 8 to 12 months; the project to start in the first or second quarter
of 2009
QUESTION: 18 months to 2 years?
RESPONSE: we are anticipating 13 months for the building; 18 months to process
