QUESTIONS COMMENTS
Did Hines initiate the request to widen Carroll?
The access road in underutilized, why destroy neighborhoods?
Why don't you listen to the citizens?
You are developing a situation similar to WD Tate and Main in Grapevine.
We will see increased traffic come through from Trophy Club.
Do you have traffic counts generated by Gateway Church?
The traffic study has aged... is there a new study?
Why give drivers a choice to take Kimball or Carroll?
The study for Carillon was done by Hines... the city should do their own study.
What did it do to counts to have Lakeside cut into Carroll?
Is there a reason why there has to be access to Carroll?
We should be able to decide to live with "F" LOS. We would prefer that over
road changes.
Take Carillon's access to Carroll off.
If Gateway Church property was previously planned for Corporate, why is road
still needed?
Why is staff making this recommendation on the 2025?
What advantage does this have?
We do not want a 4 -lane road.
Why is this route going to Council?
Did the school sell or swap property to /with Gateway?
We do not want the roundabout at Dove and Carroll.
Have you evaluated the loss of trees along Estes Park?
Is anyone in favor of widening Carroll?
When the widening of Carroll occurs, has ROW already been set with Estes
Park?
With increased roads, will police coverage be increased?
If City Council passes this, when will it get built?
Is the Kirkwood Extension funded by the developer?
Who maintains the detention pond in Carillon?
