Southlake Boulevard; Jellico Square shopping center. Development Details Proposed drive through restaurant as shown on the original Sprouts Jellico plan. Building materials will match Chase Bank. Proposing mansard roof (drawings will be forwarded when available). QUESTIONS DISCUSSION There were no questions asked, however, a comment was made stating the building needed more articulation and a pitched roof because it looked too much like a plain box. The applicant's response was that the mechanical units had to go on the roof because of the small lot size; that is why the plan proposes a mansard roof.
