An existing commercial building near the southeast corner of Pearson Lane and W.
Southlake Blvd

Development Details
Proposing to plat the lot on which the existing commercial building is located with
the adjacent lot that has been used for parking.
o Neither lot is platted, and
o the 60'x140' lot used for parking was zoned in 1999 as part of the Chesapeake
Place residential subdivision (R -PUD).
Other than some minor improvements, no new development is proposed with this S-
P-1 zoning change request.
