Southlake Blvd o Building built in 1981 o Green roof Development Details Proposing to plat the lot on which the existing commercial building is located with the adjacent lot that has been used for parking. o Neither lot is platted, and o the 60'x140' lot used for parking was zoned in 1999 as part of the Chesapeake Place residential subdivision (R -PUD). Other than some minor improvements, no new development is proposed with this S- P-1 zoning change request.
