Meeting Ouestions and Comments
1. Will the office buildings be single story?
2. Are you going to keep the office buildings to yourself and lease them or will you
be selling them?
3. Are you open to planting more trees along the western edge of your property?
4. Will there be fencing with these houses, and what type?
5. Will the current barbed wire fence on the property be coming down?
6. Would you be open to letting us open our fences to view your proposed open
space /creek?
7. What is the traffic impact from your development when you open up to other
neighborhoods?
8. Stratford Parc is very opposed to the cross access into your development.
9. I think both neighboring HOAs would be more open to your development if you
didn't have the east /west access points.
10. I suggest that the only access points be to the north and south.
11. It sounds like your development is denser than the medium density classification.
12. Our main concern is traffic and safety for our children.
13. I'm not clear on your plans with proposing the crash gates.
14. Our number one preference is that there be no access from Londonberry, but if
that can't happen then our second choice is to have a crash gate between your
proposed office area and the residential component of the development.
15. What type of roof lines will your residential side of the development have?
16. What are you planning on doing to address the bad drainage situation on this
property?
