Clarify your drainage intents on this project. (Foxborough pond drainage issue). Can you check with the city on this? 3. So you are saying that the existing pond on the property will be going away? 4. How many employees will Sunrise have? 5. Will the meals that will be provided be prepared meals? 6. Will you actually be needing all of the parking spots you are showing? 7. Can you look at moving the two -story building to the east? 8. How man residents will be in the Assisted Living Center? 9. How tall will the two story office building be? 10. How does the Assisted Living Center serve as a transitional buffer when it is right in the middle of two residential properties? 11. How do you look at countering cut through traffic on your property? 12. What is the timing of all the phases with this project? 13. What kind of buffer will exist between Southview and the Assisted Living Center? 14. How much need is there for the Assisted Living Center in Southlake? 15. I'm not sure if the building materials you are proposing for the office development actually fit in with the existing residential homes. 16. Can you look at making the 2 -story office building appear to be a residence? 17. Why did you not consider browstones on property like this? 18. I'm not goin to like having a facility that serves 3 meals a day; will it have a lot of noises and smells coming from it? 19. What you are proposing is far more intrusive than if you propose a strip retail. 20. Are the streets you are proposing for the development goin to be dedicated public streets? 21. When the development is completed, where will the ownership of all the phases be? 22. What about residents wanting to cross Carroll Ave. to visit Town Square? 23. Is there any other type of purchaser for the assisted living facility in the future? 24. Where are the other Sunrise properties located in the DFW area? 25. Drainage on the northside of this property flows to Cross Lane? How do you intend to improve the current situation? 26. Does the additional water have to go to Foxborough ponds or can it go out to 1709 27. How many employees does the Sunrise facility have and how many shifts? 28. What are the demographics? 29. Is there an emergency type of facility? 30. Are the meals prepared or brought in? 31. When are deliveries made? Early in the morning or late at night? 32. Is there any way to do more greenbelt behind this main property (sunrise building)? 33. What is the capacity of the buildings? 34. Several questions basically focusing on the need for two stories versus one. 35. Questions challenging how this is viewed as a buffer to the residential units when there are residential on 3 sides of the property. 36. Concerns over the traffic pattern that people will cut through to avoid the light at Carroll and 1709. 37. What is the timing of the project? 38. What kind of buffer will be on the Southern side of the project? 39. With only 3% of the residents of Southlake being over 65 why build here? 40. Can architecture be changed from the Arizona/calif style to more of a texas style with stone and metal roof? 41. What deals have been made to individual homeowners to buy their approval? 42. What happens if Sunrise as a going concern fails and Southlake is left with a building that basically is a large apartment house? 43. Who controls the streets through the property the developer or the city? 44. Who will own the property? 45. What stops seniors from walking across Carroll?
