Questions Comments SPIN #15-12/19/2005 8 p.m. 1. What's the difference between medium lower density? 2. Is the city planning on putting a traffic light at the entrance of your development? 3. Why would the city approve a development like this prior to fixing this street? 4. What will the square footage be for the houses? 5. How many total lots are you proposing? 6. Who will be building the homes? 7. What will be the average lot price? 8. What kind of fencing do you propose along Randol Mill? 9. Why can't you take a couple of lots out on the north boundary, so that there are not as many homes that abut those on Hillside Court?
