Senior Campus at Remington
1. What will the prices of the units be?
a. Condos from $200,000 to $300,000
b. Cottages from $300,000 to $400,000
2. Are the services included in the cost of the units?
a. No, there will be separate monthly fees; probably around $1,800 $2,500 a month (all
inclusive)
3. How many employees will LCS hire for this development?
a. 150 -175
4. Will you have outside vendors in the development?
a. Yes; a bank, drug store, etc.
5. Are these units age restricted?
a. Yes; we'll follow the guidelines outlined by the fed. Gov't. in the Fair Housing Act
6. Do you have floor plans at this point?
a. No, not at this point
7. What aout perimeter screening/buffer?
a. We will have a double -width buffer yards with a decorative fence
S. Will you have van services?
a. Yes.
9. When do you expect to go to P &Z?
a. November 17
10. How will you address the drainage issues?
a. Through a series of linked ponds /lakes on the property
