How many lots will there be and how big will they be? A. Nine one -acre lots 2. What are plans for water and sewer service? A. Both water and sewer service will be provided by the new subdivions to the West 3. Are you aware of the pressure line that goes through this property? 4. Did you consider having the access off of Highland? A. Yes, originally we had that planned, but the city requested the access come off of Sunshine Ln. 5. Has development closed on the property yet? A. Yes 6. What is the square footage minimum? 7. Will there be multiple builders? A. At least two, maybe more 8. What will you be doing to address drainage? A. We are looking at several options regarding ditch improvements. 9. How much will they cost? A. Lots will go for over $250,000 a piece. 10. When will you start this? A. We are 90 -120 days out at best. 11. When do you go to P &Z? A. 11/3 is the target date. 12. Who will own the mineral rights on this property? A. Mr. Brown, the current owner of the property, will retain the mineral rights.
