A) 4,000 square feet
Are there any height requirements?
A) New code restricts it to 38 feet.
What will the timeline be to build on the lots once they are bought?
A) 1 year
What will the price range of the homes be?
A) $900,000
Will this be a gated community?
A) No
How will you handle the drainage?
A) The current pond will go away.
