How many acres are the lots
(A:.5 acre)
Where will your house be located on the tract?
(A: next to the commercial building)
Is there any chemical /pollution mitigation needed on this property?
(A: all the chemicals are gone; all necessary clean -up has been done)
Have you thought about any type of retention pond (for drainage purposes)?
(A: we are looking into it)
Drainage is an issue on this property.
We want to keep all the trees possible.
Are you going to develop the lots yourself or are you going to sell the lots?
(A: sell the lots)
Do you have a general idea of how much you are going to sell the lots for?
(A: we are not sure yet; 1/2 acre lots are going for $150,000 with deed restrictions in
order to maintain the desire to have high end custom homes)
The residences that abut the property would probably want to see some kind of deed
restrictions on what type of structures will be allowed to be set up in the backyards.
We really want houses there; the biggest concern however will be drainage.
We would like to see 1 or 3/4 acre lots back up to the Cambridge Place properties.
What is the white pipe sticking out of the ground near the commercial building?
What type of commercial use is intended for the existing building?
