What's the price point of the homes that will be constructed?
(A: $750,000 $1.5 million).
How wide is the one -way circle drive in the development?
(A: 22ft)
How many lots are there?
(A: The plat is 10 lots)
How many acres is it?
(A: 8.61)
What is the land use designation for this tract?
(A: existing land use is designated for low density; the zoning we are asking for is
considered low density)
How will the drainage work?
(A: we are proposing to send the drainage to a detention pond that will be constructed
on neighboring property to the east of this tract)
Where does the tree coverage start on this tract?
(A: The coverage starts at the second lots and goes through to the middle of the tract)
What will the entrance to the development look like?
(A: The entry way will be same sort of stone fence)
How big will the homes be?
(A: We are not sure at this point, but we will deed restrict the lots probably
somewhere around.3, 500 4,000 sq. ft. minimum)
How much will the lots cost?
(A: We don't know yet; we don't have all of our costs calculated, probably $150,000
will be the average)
Who will the lots be sold to?
(A: We will sell all lots to builders)
