How far is the distance from the limits of Phase 1 to the proposed hotel, or S.H. 114?
Where do you expect the draw for the hotel will come from?
Please review the time of development for each building.
Could you design the parking decks to look like a building?
What will the outside of the movie theater look like? Will it be brick?
Is the park (block 22) rezoned for commercial uses? Is it a part of this plan?
Is the 3.2 acre park to be completed with this phase?
Is the corner piece on the southeast corner of S.H. 114 and N. Carroll Ave part of this
plan?
What will the view look like from S.H. 114? Specifically, will it look like the back of
a building?
How has Town Square performed on its TIF projections? Why are you asking for the
City to help contribute to the construction of the parking structures?
Will the portion adjacent to Carroll Ave be similar to the brownstones?
What will happen with the fire station?
Will the movie theater show art films in addition to the mainstream films?
Will valet parking or any cost for parking go back to the City?
What security measures have been added for the increase in teen and late -night
traffic?
The theater and hotel have a look of Addison rather than Southlake. Why those uses
and not others?
Why weren't the department stores interested?
Will the new Grand Ave be a people gathering place?
How far is it from S.H. 114 to the hotel?
What percentage of Town Square has been developed right now?
When does the trolley become a reality in Town Square?
