Ouestions and or Comments
I live directly across from Mr. Patterson, what will happen to all of the trees, I know that he
lost a lot of trees when development came to the north what will happen to that lush
growth on his property?
The trees are so thick on Kimball, will that change?
There is property on both sides on the Union Hall and to the north boundary My driveway
is south across the street from Mr. Patterson's current driveway do you think that the cul-
de -sac is going to come out directly across the Union Hall? That would be a concern of mine,
being across the street.
Are these homes to be built a possibility of being more than two stories, overlooking into my
property? How big are the homes and the fencing that you can build in Southlake?
Will the city require you to build a big, brick frontage wall like exists at Evergreen Estates?
Will the road be widened in front of this development? What is the width of the ultimate
build -out of the road?
Are you going to have to elevate some of the lots in order to build on this property? Are ou
going to get your dirt from the creek?
Have you stated as to why you are asking for zoning for 10 lots on 8 acres versus 8 homes
on 8 acres that is appropriate for this area?
The zoning that you are requesting is SF -20? What is the lot size for this zoning category?
On the cul -de -sac end, there is one big lot planned, so we would back up to one large lot
versus a couple smaller lots?
How many acres does the lake have? It looks as if the lake is a large part of this property.
Do you have the second house on the property as well?
I note that there is a large utility easement on the south side of the street proposal on the
property, what are the chances of talking the City into not taking that easement, therefore
requiring you to take out that greenery to the south of the property?
Will that easement be a private easement that you grant or will it be on the plat, shown on
the final plat?
Is the big power lines proposed for this project, as there are big power lines right near this
property?
You are not asking for any variances from the City at this time in this proposal, are you?
Is it going to increase our taxes? My taxes outgrew my principal years ago.
If this is approved and construction starts, will they be allowed to be working on Saturday,
because we have had issues on this with the City in the past.
