Item 9 R-PUD RegulationsZONING REQUEST Paragon Design Group is requesting, for Brent and Dana Jones, to re-zone this property at 1000 S. Peytonville Ave. from SF-1A to R-PUD with SF-1A uses and regulations with exception as listed below. This proposed property will be used for a single family residence with a family/domestic employee quarters. USE OF ACCESSORY BUILDINGS (See attached site plan for labeled buildings) All accessory building to remain shall be permitted as shown on the attached development plan. 1. Accessory Building A: Existing Pool Cabana one story masonry building to remain. 2. Accessory Building B: Existing one story wood framed Barn to be removed before construction. 3. Accessory Building C: Existing one story wood framed Barn to be removed before construction. 4. Accessory Building D: Existing one story wood framed Garage to be removed before construction. 5. New Accessory Building: Family/Domestic Employee quarters to be would framed within guidlines set forth below. EXCEPTIONS TO SF-1A A. Accessory Building will be permitted to be constructed in front of, or forward of, the primary residence. B. The maximum overall height of the new accessory building shall not exceed 38' (thirty eight feet). C. Allow Family/Domestic Employee quarters to be an inhabitable space with a complete cooking area. D. Total square footage of all Accessory Buildings is not to exceed 3% of overall lot square footage. E. Total “Inhabitable” area of the Family/Domestic Employee quarters will not exceed 3200 square feet of A/C footage. CASE ZA18-0047
