Property Situation: 1000 S. Peytonville Ave.
Details: Applicant proposing to replace an existing accessory building with a new accessory
building for domestic employee / family quarters
Proposing zoning change from SF-1A to R-PUD
Currently, three out buildings on the property (in front of the residence)
Approx. 42% coverage of trees, anticipate eliminate 3% of trees
Eliminate three existing buildings and replace with a single structure
designated for family and domestic employee use
o Design of building enhances the site: gable/barn appearance
o Specifications of building height and square footage are in
accordance with zoning
