FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation: 1425 E. Southlake Blvd.
Details: The applicant is proposing to add carports for a covered curbside
grocery pick-up area at Central Market in the Shops of Southlake.
Because the current zoning on the property is S-P-2 – Detailed
Site Plan District, a zoning change and site plan approval by City
Council is required. All previous conditions of approval are
proposed to remain.
