Concerns about zoning- wants minimum 1 acre lot. (look is 9 acre from E.
Highland)
Is there an entrance on Kirkwood? No. Property is not owned to be able to put
drive through.
Too much traffic on Highland- concerned about access. Comment- wanting 1
acre lots.
What is the SF and price of homes? All custom homes ranging from minimum
$1.5 million – $2 million.
Are the homes going to be modern contemporary- will they look like Wimbledon
and The Reserve? Homes will be a mix of things. Very nice architecture - all
custom. Some may trend toward conservative, some trend toward traditional.
Clean masonry wall along E. Highland St.
Concern that the development won’t fit in with the current neighborhood.
Would like to reduce number of lots to make 1 acre lots.
Concerns with fire lane- street is less than 1,000 lf and meets requirement
