October 4, 2018 and the Specific Use Permit Review Summary #2 dated
October 12, 2018; to alter the presented orientation of the panels on the
roof, actual roof, to change to a landscape mode (orientation) which will
decrease the overall height and to the lower the panel mounting on the
roof to the lowest practical location.
