APPLICANT: Priority Signs and Graphics
REQUEST: Approval of a variance to Sign Ordinance No. 704, as
amended, to allow two (2) attached 2nd floor building signs
in locations that is not congruent with the tenant’s
lease space, to allow two (2) illuminated 2nd floor signs,
and to allow a larger sign area allowed for the south façade
sign and a sign width greater the allowable sign façade
width on the west façade.
