FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: 610 and 620 S. Peytonville Avenue Details: Applicant is proposing to develop a fourteen (14) lot residential subdivision on approximately 9.8 acres at 610 and 620 S. Peytonville Ave. within SPIN Neighborhood #10. Presentation:  There is currently a home that exists on the property  Development is surrounded by the Southlake Woods Neighborhood currently zoned SF20A Issues encountered - Drainage coming from the north from the Southlake Woods property- Drainage easement exists on property - Drainage coming from Park Place from the east onto the property  SF20A proposed + SF30 lots  Concept plan 14 lots  Design based around to keep existing trees - Require plantation of street trees on curb and sidewalk - Each house minimum of 3 up to 5 trees required as part of development  Gated subdivision - Entry w/solid masonry w/open fence at entry  Custom home neighborhood built at very high level around $2-4 million/home Questions and Concerns: There were not any questions or concerns regarding this project.
