Property Situation:
The subject property is located just south of W. Highland Street on the east side of Shady Oaks
Drive; addressed as 1100 Shady Oaks Dr.
Development Details:
The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Zoning Change and Concept Plan to allow
one new home to be constructed on one residential lot under the “SF-20A” Single Family
Residential District regulations. The existing unplatted tract is approximately 32,278 square feet.
The lot area proposed after right of way dedication is approximately 29,683 square feet. The
minimum lot area permitted in the “SF-20A” District is 20,000 square feet.
