In Attendance: Kristin White (Court Manager/Teen Court Coordinator), Dana Falk (Teen Court Clerk), Jodi Bolton
(Southlake Court Supervisor), Devika Seth (Southlake Board Appointee), Chris Henz (Keller Board Appointee), Crystal
Shafer (Keller Board Appointee), Marjorie Lewis (Grapevine Board Appointee), Sayeda Syed (Colleyville Board
Appointee), Kara Clubb (Southlake Board Appointee), Councilmember Shahid Shafi (Southlake),
Absent: Councilmember Tammy Nakamura (Col leyville),Councilmember Darlene Freed (Grapevine)

A presentation was given by Kristin White regarding referral information, types and numbers of violations, failures to
complete.
CONSENT AGENDA:
3. Approval of Minutes from June 4, 2018
Motion to approve the minutes was made by Chris Henz, Second by Marjorie Lewis. Unanimous approval by remaining
board members.
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. Consider: Meeting Dates for FY 2019
Motion to approve the meeting dates was made by Marjorie Lewis, Second by Dr. Shaft. Unanimous approval by
remaining board members.
5. Update: Changes to Discipline Grid
Staff reviewed the changes that the Municipal Court Judges made to the discipline grid at the Summer judges meeting.
6. Update: Fall Teen Attorney Training and Dates to Remember
The upcoming important teen court dates were reviewed.
7. Public Forum
There was no public present at this time.
8. Meeting Adjourned at 6:16 p.m.
