Request: Approval of a Site Plan to allow construction of an
approximately 3,577 square foot staging facility
building containing permanent construction
offices on the site.

March 7, 2018; City Council approved an extension
for a specific use permit for the 2 existing construction
trailers until July 1, 2019. Verizon would need to construct
a permanent construction offices building prior to the date.
City Council indicated that the applicant would need to come
back with a site plan for the building.
