Winn No. 1660 Addition 1705 Marantha Way City Case Number ZA18-012 This letter shall serve as a formal request for a variance regarding the lot frontage requirement per Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, as amended. Per the Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, the subject tract would be required to front on a public street maintained by the City of Southlake. We herein request a variance to the above referenced Subdivision Ordinance No. 483 to allow the subject lot to front on the private street of Maranatha Way. We acknowledge that a condition of approval is that the property owner will be responsible for maintaining the private street as needed and will provide emergency access meeting the minimum City standards.
