August 3, 2018 and Concept Plan Review Summary No. 4, dated
July 31, 2018; and, approving the requested variance to the
subdivision ordinance regarding lot frontage.

August 21, 2018; Approved at 1st reading on consent (7-0) granting the
variance to the Subdivision ordinance 483, as amended (section 8.01A) which
requires lots to front on a public street. Maranatha Way is a private street.
