No. 483, Section 8.01(A), which requires that all lots front on a public or private street. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the lot to front on Maranatha Way as it currently exists. City Council August 21, 2018; Approved at 1st reading on consent (7-0) granting the variance to the Subdivision ordinance 483, as amended (section 8.01A) which requires lots to front on a public street.
