Town Square. This lease space was previously occupied by The Wine Loft who obtained approval of a specific use permit for a Bar or Tavern in 2008.
The applicant has provided a business
narrative, photographs of The Ginger Man in Plano, a sample menu, and the floor plan of The Wine Loft, which are included as Attachment “C”. The applicant has stated that aside from
adding a walk-in cooler to the first floor, everything else you see on the submitted floor plan will remain basically the same.
