Section 45 – Specific Use Permit 45.19 IN CONSIDERING WHETHER TO GRANT A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR COMMERCIAL SCHOOL, INCLUDING TRADE SCHOOL, THE CITY COUNCIL SHALL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: 1)Safe access for the ingress and egress of students, pedestrian, parking and vehicular traffic, including the identification of student drop-off areas. 2) Adequate illumination will be provided at night to protect the safety of those persons entering and exiting the site.
