CONSIDER: CP18-0003, ORDINANCE NO. 1196, ADOPTING THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE YOUTH MASTER PLAN, AN ELEMENT OF THE SOUTHLAKE 2035 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. PUBLIC HEARING Policy & Strategic Initiative Principal Planner, Jerod Potts came forward to present CP18-0003 and opened for questions. Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing.
