THAT J, Art Janes, sole owner of Lot 13R, Block 2, Trail Creek
Add i t ion as r eco rde(l in Vo] ume 388-85, Page 30, Plat Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, do hereby grant a thirty (30) foot private
access easement upon, over and across that land in Tarrant County,
Texas as shown on the attached exhibit.
Sa id pr i vate access easement shall include the right of
ingress and egress, construction of driveway and landscaping
improvements, or other fixtures upon said property.
