Dollars and other good ánd valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of Southlake, Grantee
herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and perpetual easement for the purpose of
installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing, relocating, and operating utilities in,
into, upon, over, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-
wit:
Being a 10 permanent foot wide utility easement and a temporary 35 foot wide construction
easement, described as follows:
See attached Exhibit I A' for graphic depiction
See attached Exhibit 'B' for metes and bounds description together with the right of
ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with all and
singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever; and We do hereby certify that We are the owners of the
property described herein and bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, to warrant and to forever
defend all and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, against
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim same or any thereof.

Field Notes
Being a 0.065 acre tract of land in the F. Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1511, City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Lot 9, Block 1 in Whispering Dell
Estates Vol. 388-143 P. 40 (P.RT.C.T.) an addition to the City of Southlake and being more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Whispering Dell Estates Addition, said point
being the northeast corner of Highland Estates Vol. 388-134 P. 100 (P.RT.C.T.) and the
northwest corner of a tract as deeded to G.W. Kreycik WD. 6574 P. 81 (D.RT.C.T.) and the
southwest corner of a tract as deeded to Norma Duncan WD. 5877 P. 47 (D.R.T.C.T.);
THENCE
WEST, along the south line of Whispering Dell Estates Addition for a distance
of 393.25 feet to a point, said point being the southwest corner of the
aforementioned Lot 9;

said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING;
